"Contrary to what we may have been taught to think, unnecessary and unchosen suffering wounds us but need not scar us for life. It does mark us. What we allow the mark of our suffering to become is in our own hands".

I accompany personal and relational processes, offering a process of learning, discovery and perhaps transformational change.
Facilitation of personal and relational processes
I accompany individual and relational processes based on Process Work and Deep Democracy approach, offering a learning journey.
My task is to facilitate this path of learning, discovery and often transformative change. I do not use the term "therapy", since I do not offer a "healing" or "cure". I have learned that each person, relationship and group possesses a wisdom. While we are are often aware of, This inner knowing, it often emerges when exploring the motivations, passions and hopes that move our lives, as well as the difficulties, fears and conflicts that paralyze us. By consciously expressing our recurring problems and desires, we often find new solutions and a sense of direction in our lives.
How do I do it?
-
Sharing and exploring tools that facilitate transformation and personal growth.
-
Facilitating what is happening in the moment, to explore and give voice to the diverse experiences that make up our reality and that often conflict with each other.
-
Understanding the processes we go through and discovering new perspectives to better relate to ourselves and to others.
Communicating beyond words
Starting from what is happening to us at the moment, we take advantage of different channels of communication to unfold it. New information tends to emerge not only through speech, but also through movement and expressions of which we are not fully aware, sounds, in the form of dreams (nocturnal and diurnal), in body symptoms, etc. This information can be very useful for us to integrate, to help us to better manage possible relational and group conflicts, and to give meaning and purpose to who we are and what we do.
From what happens to you in practice
We analyse the situations that concern you, we look for ways to unblock them, not only with the play, we practice, we simulate real situations, all by asking powerful questions. You will learn by doing, putting yourself in the shoes of your interlocutors and becoming aware of your own way of doing things.
Following useful processes, at your own path
What's true for you may not be true for someone else. What is comfortable for you may not be for everyone. I'm looking for a way to follow a process that is valuable and meaningful to you.

What approach do I use? Process Oriented Psychology.
Process work and Deep Democracy draws on quantum physics, the systemic approach in psychology and ecology, Karl Jung's psychology, phenomenology, Taoism, and NLP (non-linguistic programming), among other roots. It has an international community of mentors and supervisors.
Process Work (or Process Oriented Psychology) is an interdisciplinary and interactive method to facilitate individuals, relationships, groups and organizations. This approach values the creative nature of life, even within seemingly very disruptive and complex situations. It builds on the multidimensional framework and philosophy of deep democracy, which has diversity at its core, and provides useful tools and frameworks for facilitating teams, organizations, and communities.
The psychological approach I propose is:
Systemic: The relationship with the family, work, social and global environment.
Emotional: Listening to what we feel and intuit, in order to manage our emotions.
Corporal: Paying attention both to bodily symptoms and to movement as a channel to unblock unwanted states and patterns.
Symbolic: Connecting with the unconscious, either with visualisations, dreams, conflicts, etc.
Training and accreditation: I have long-term training, in Process Oriented Psychology (Deep Democracy Institute_ Amsterdam and the Escuela Trabajo Procesos_ Barcelona) and I am accredited as a ACTP Accredited Coaching Foundations Program by the Global Coach Institute, Australia (Process oriented coaching) (ACSTH).
About me
My name is Noemí Bertomeu, I am the mother of two daughters and I am forty-eight years old. My roots come from the Ebro Delta and I am very viscerally challenged by the relationship we have with nature, the territory where we live and how we nourish ourselves from the earth in a way that respects it. I have been lucky enough to live in many countries, the experience of cultural diversity has allowed me to connect with humility and a sense of belonging to humanity in capital letters.
Constant learning is one of the most important vital engines for me, understanding life and society from different disciplines has motivated me from a very young age. I studied social and cultural anthropology, then world economics, and fifteen years ago I started my training in the field of organisational development and learning. For the last ten years I have been studying process-oriented psychology and deep democracy.
What is my relationship with accompaniment?
I am passionate about the latent potential within individuals and groups. I work by providing tools and support to awaken this potential. I believe in the wisdom of people and see their internal and collective wealth as a resource. This wealth is source of inspiration for the challenges of our personal and professional lives, in our relationships and in groups.
How will we relate to each other?
I like to establish a direct relationship of service with the people I accompany. Making my knowledge and resources available, sharing materials and dynamics. Facilitating access to knowledge, so that it is a process of growth led by you. My role as a facilitator is to support your awareness of the processes we are living through and to discover new perspectives to better relate to ourselves and to others.
What makes me different?
I work from the conviction that our differences can be the energy we need for our greatest creativity. And I accompany it by unfolding the experience that is lived in the moment. Opening spaces of curiosity with our internal and external diversity, as when we travel to a new place, with an adventurous spirit.
The ethics and depth of the training in Process Work demands that the work we do is personally and periodically supervised by graduates with many years of international experience, and also generates a collective and not only individual sense of the task of accompaniment. In other words, we have a community of experts behind us.
